Natural Animal Solutions supports our retailers, therapists and vets. We provide you with phone, e-mail and online support. Simply contact us with your health queries or product enquires and our qualified staff will be of assistance. Alternatively you can forward our details to your customers and they can speak to us directly for assistance.

A health manual is provided to all our retailers. This manual will guide you through common pet ailments, provide descriptions, pictures, useful information and recommended products in easy to understand terms.

Product specification sheets and information guides are provided. These sheets provide detailed product information, uses and ingredients.

If orders are made before 10am we aim to despatch these on the same day. If it is after 10am, orders will be dispatched the following morning.

Upon request Natural Animal Solutions will provide training for your staff. Animal naturopath Jacqueline Rudan will provide onsite training for local retailers. For interstate or rural areas we provide phone training or Skype camera link via the internet.

Natural Animal Solutions provides brochures and poster material for retailers to advertise in store. Coming soon, counter displays.

Natural Animal Solutions provides a bi-monthly newsletter with the latest information on natural pet products, research, studies and also our Monthly Specials for retailers.
