Seemed to get rid of a white gunk that my elderly dog had in her eyes though i only put drops in once a day. i am also using it for my cat who seems to have a weepy eye maybe due to allergies, her eye looks to be improving.

Clumber - Swollen allergenic eyes

I was corresponding with you about 6 weeks ago over various issues my dogs have, and you recommended some products which I want to give feedback on.

I just wanted to give you feedback on the High Potency Vit C which my Clumber has been on for about a month now. She had terrible swollen eye-rims from something she is allergic too. In the past month she has been inside most days (she used to be outside) so that is helping the situation to, but she has been on the High Potency Vit C daily (though she hates it and I have to mix it with her pro biotic yoghurt) and in that time she has had much better eyes, and has not needed any anti-histamines, as you had hoped would be the case. We do have your Eye Clear drops which I do not use daily as she is a white show dog and it stains around the eyes, but I am using it when needed – ie when the eyes look a bit swollen, though they are never as badly swollen and red as they were previously – so that’s about twice a week, and they are great too.

Kinta - Severe flea allergy, vomiting and immune depletion

Hope you are well, just a quick update on my glorious baby, she is really improving leaps and bounds.  She is heaps better and the abscess hardly know she'd had it, hair growing back and she is engaging with the other cats as she hasn't for so long. She's been playing chassy with Lily down the hall.
Last night she was siting right were the sun comes in the front door an rolling over asking for a tummy rub ever time we cam near her. We can pat her all over her body right down to the tail with out her reacting. She has only had 2 episodes of vomiting fairly small since we saw you.

Benson - Golden Retriever with epilepsy
Hi Jacqueline,
Just wanted to give you an update on Benson.
We saw you on 25/07 and started the new regime.  He did have a seizure on the following Friday morning around 6.15am 29/07.
I don't want to jinx myself BUT he hasn't had one since - now day 19.
He seems to be much happier - wants to play with his toys which haven't been out of the toy box for some time.
He was playing with his footie ball a couple of nights ago.
We have increased his evening walk at the Hastings leash free and when he sees his pals he wants to play - something he had lost interest in.
We have been getting comments from other people we see walking that he looks really good.
All in all he seems to have his bounce and enthusiasm back - but it's early days yet.

Oh by the way - we are delighted with his progress but trying not to get toooooo excited.

Hemi Hemi went home yesterday and looked really good. Still a bit scungy around her eyes and a bit smelly but much improved.

Gus - 6 year old Golden Retriever. Diagnosed with osteoarthritis. When I first visited you Gus was lame and clearly in some pain. He had just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis by my vet who told me to immediately limit his exercise and that he was basically an old dog now at only 6 years old. What a load of rubbish!

A few months down the track and we're now exercising up to 2 hours per day. Some of which is pretty high intensity and not the slightest sign of stiffness or soreness. You treated my Shetland Sheepdog 'Saxon' [2 1/2 years old, now] awhile ago for his oily coat and he had itchy skin after he was bathed....being a fussy eater didn't help either......

He is doing very well now and looks perfect...still working on the obedience training...every Sunday...he loves agility and meeting lots of other dogs.

He's not a fussy eater anymore...he loves his 'Natural Rearing' diet...raw chicken, raw lamb etc.....it's so nice to see him sit down and eat what I want him to eat...including the vegetables that he used to flick around the bowl.

Hazel is doing very well. We are yet to see a massive out break however her bottom and paws are red on and off. Hazel has dropped a total of 1.6kg. Pippa is also losing weight and is weighing almost two kilos less and is much happier for it. I just wanted to let you know that we did not have a break out. We applied ointment to Hazel's chest and paws and with in an hour it had begun to dry out. Hazel has not scratched it at all in the last few days which has meant it has been able to clear up. Her ears have been fine (touch wood). We are aware that it might flare up at any time and are keeping a close eye on it. We gave them both a bath and brush yesterday and their fur is softer than it's been since they were puppies. Hazel - Labrador with extreme, chronic itchy and irritated skin 29/10/08
Hazel is doing really well, she has still got a few pustules on her belly but nothing that irritates her too much. Her vulva and bottom have not been red for quite awhile now which we are so pleased about, I can't remember the last time I saw her scooting. Her ears get a little gunky but it seems to be dirt rather than wax and after a clean they are fine - no signs of redness or irritation. All of the hair has grown back between her toes and there has been no chewing on them!!! Under her neck has also been clear even after wearing her collar for a month. Her nails have almost grown so they are no longer hollow. Hazel is now a steady 24 kg and Pippa 22kg and both so much happier.

We are constantly told when walking the dogs how beautiful their coats are (even the vet thinks it is brilliant). We have found a park where it is quiet and the girls go for a half hour run twice a week, they love it and they come back when they are called.
The diet has made so much difference to Pippa's behaviour. Thanks again! Emma

Hi Jacqueline, Zuri is going very well - the change has improved his leg dramatically and he is not in any pain or limping anymore.
