Maintenance Cat – Raw Diet


  • If your cat begins to put on weight reduce the meat quantity. If your cat begins to lose weight increase the meat quantity.
  • Most cats will not eat fruit and vegetables so it is important to supplement with a multivitamin with vegetarian matter (DigestaVite Plus). Meat is NOT a complete diet and can cause cats intestinal blockages.
  • All fruit and vegetables MUST be blended. Dogs and cats cannot digest whole, chopped or grated fruit or vegetables.
    Raw Meat
    Kangaroo meat
    Chicken: Wings, carcass, necks etc
    Small amounts of beef, lamb or pork (pork must be frozen for 2 weeks before consumption)
    5% vegetable mix, 95% meat
    Organ Meat 
    Organ meat to be fed once a week
    Lambs Kidney 1/4 per week
    *All organ meat must be frozen for a minimum of 2 weeks to insure any parasites are killed.
    No organ meat required if on DigestaVite Plus
    Vegetables (Blended)
    Beans, silver beet, snow peas, broccoli, pumpkin, zucchini, cauliflower, cucumber, eggplant, bean sprouts, carrot, celery, sweet potato.
    *All green vegetables
    *No tomato/onion/leeks/white potatoes  
    Fruit  (Blended)
    Banana, apple, pear, seasonal fruits.
    *No citrus 
    DigestaVite Plus
    Omega Oil Blend
    1ml per kilo of body weight
